    This 4-week 1:1 experience is designed for mujeres who feel inflamed, overwhelmed, or out of rhythm. Through gentle Ayurvedic-inspired yoga, low-impact barre, and nervous system resets (like breathwork and Yoga Nidra), we’ll create a weekly rhythm that helps you feel grounded, clear, and supported.

    You’ll receive:

    • 4 x 60-min private sessions (virtual)

    • A personalized Reset Care Guide (simple tips, recipes, and daily rituals)

    • Optional Voxer check-ins between sessions

    • Breathwork or meditation recordings to use between sessions
